Materials
• 600 yds of worsted weight cotton. Original was done in discontinued yarn Sierra from Cascade. I suggest any full 100% cotton, or 80% or more cotton. Plymouth's Fantasy Naturale would be great. Knitcraft at 816-461-1248 has a great selection.
• 4 purse rings 1.5-2”. Samples use rings from Jul Silver
• 2 sets of US#2 24” (or longer)
• Double points US#2
• ¾” elastic
• Waste yarn
Gauge: Exact gauge not necessary
Notes
Purse size can be adjusted by making the base larger or smaller.
Fabric is knit very tightly to make a nice solid fabric.
