Shipping & Returns

Most of our shipments are shipped through the post office.   If you do not have a postal address, please select priority processing and indicate in the comments box you need UPS.

Shipping Rates:


$7.00 for orders of $0.00 to $28.00
$8.00 for orders of $28.01 to 69.00
$9.00 for orders of $69.01 to $99.00
$10.00 for orders of $99.01 to $160.00

FREE for orders of over $160.00

Optional Rate $4.25 per item.

Urgent?   We do offer a priority processing method. $15.95  Priority processing could ship UPS or through the post office.   We take each order individually and determine which method would ship and arrive the quickest.  Sometimes this may mean UPS Ground, if this reaches you faster than the Postal Service.   Priority processing means we drop everything else, and package and ship your order immediately.

We do offer CURBSIDE PICKUP during checkout.   Orders received before 10am will be available for pickup same day.
PICKUP hours are 10-2 Tuesday - Friday.  Just call or text when you are in the parking lot, and we will bring your purchase to your car.

Exceptions to this are knitting machines, blocking boards and a few other extremely heavy items, which have individual shipping rates.

Return policy:

Angelika's offers an exceptionally low shipping rate, absorbing most of the cost of the packages. But please be aware of our returns policy. Shipping charges are not refundable. If I paid, or covered part of the outbound shipping to you, your credit will be reduced by my cost of this.

New, unopened yarns including clearance yarns may be returned within 60 days of purchase.  Yarn must be in original condition.  Yarns that have been wound, balled or caked are not eligible for return or exchange.

No returns on tools (includes knitting needles & crochet hooks).
No Returns or Exchanges on software, knitting machines and their accessories.

If your UPS shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to the Angelika's.

Knitting Machine Manufacturers Warranties. Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. I will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


PayPal Refunds

After many years of absorbing the fees that PayPal Charges, but does not refund on returns, we are forced to reduce Refunds on PayPal sales to cover these fees.   At this time, we are holding it to 3%.   We hope that in the future, PayPal changes their policy, and does it like credit card companies do.
