Replacement needles for the Silver Reed Knitting Machines

• We offer packages of 10, 50 and 500 needles
• LK150 6.5mm mid-gauage machine
• SK280 & SK840 4.5mm standard gauge machine
• Both models use the same needle, as well as discontinued models SK360 & SK700
• SK155 9mm bulky gauge machine

It is essential for successful knitting that needles on the bed be straight, not bent. Latches need to close smooth with no stickiness and the cupped latched head rest directly on the top of the hook.

If you have any yarns giving you trouble, look closely at the needles in the area where they are not knitting off. There is no way to make-do with a bent needle.  It will only give you grief.  At the very least, if you have no spare needles, borrow one from the end of your bed if they are not currently being used.  But get an order placed as soon as you can.
