The rapid delivery is the best I have ever experienced.
In addition to what I have ordered, I love the fact that you include color charts of yarn as well as small yarn samples and a pattern or two.
It is obvious you go the extra mile, so rare in these time.

I had searched all over the internet, and found many sites that carried swifts, but your caring answers, helpful suggestions, attention to detail and personal recommendations (not to mention your site's great testimonials about the speed of delivery) made me decide I wanted to order from you. I am usually a very lazy consumer and don't bother with the customer service surveys but had to email you and say that the service you provide is out of this world. I ordered 2 of the Googleheims stocking kits, they look as gorgeous as they did on the website and are about half the price as the same ones at my local yarn store. Best of all, shipment was lightning fast. I'm normally nervous about ordering knitting supplies online but you have a customer for life.

This letter should have been sent out Friday, when I received my knitting machine (a mere two days after ordering!), but I was too busy having fun with it over the weekend to write a proper thank-you. Anyway, I just wanted tell you how awesome your store is! I have wanted an LK 150 for a long time and considered buying one off of ebay from allbrands, but I thought I would get better customer service at your store. Boy, did I! I cynically thought that all the fan letters you posted on your website must be exaggerations, but actually they were understatements. I think a whole 15 minutes might have passed between ordering online and getting the UPS tracking number. Thank you so much for the incredibly fast order fulfillment and all the nice extras (patterns, brochures, lovely Lorna's Laces sample card) you packed in the box. Also, I was shocked that you adjusted the shipping to less than the the original estimate. I love the LK 150 already and very much look forward to my next purchase from you.

After checking a lot of e-mail sites selling Fixation, I chose your online store because you were the only one to list the yarn with its actual color number. I really appreciate that as I always have the number of the yarn I want. I never trust just a photo on the internet. Hi there,
just a note to let you know that my order arrived quickly and in great shape. thanks so much also for sending all the color catalog pages and especially the lornas laces info. LL is the only "superwash" wool that I can wear, everything else itches the heck out of me. LL also seems to be the only hand/overdyed yarn that actually keeps its color after washing. All others that I have tried turn into something very different than the unwashed color. I also had been looking for a place that stocks the bulky LL yarn. So this was a great and good surprise for me.

You nailed the colors for me and solved my dilemma. As soon as I send off this email I'm heading over to your page to place my order for 2 skeins of each color in the sock size. With so many spectacular colors I couldn't go wrong no matter what I chose. You just made it that much easier. Certainly you may use my email on your testimonial page, though I sincerely doubt it can convey the kind of above-and-beyond service your potential customers can expect from you. A case in point - I had emailed another Internet yarn vendor with a question about Lorna's Laces two days prior to placing my order with you. (I had heard nothing back from the first vendor and got tired of waiting.) Five days later when I finally did get an email from the first vendor telling me that the yarn I was asking about wasn't even available (they were awaiting their order to replenish their supply) I already had my order from YOU in my hot little hands. As most knitting addicts can attest, when we want yarn, we want it NOW! The snippets of yarn and the color cards you send along with orders is so convenient. The samples of the Lorna's Laces are so enticing. I want, no I NEED, more. The color combo of the samples are gorgeous. Looking at the scanned color cards though I can't match the sample to color. I realize that you must make up so many sample packets that you couldn't begin to know which particular color you sent me, but perhaps if I can describe it you might be able to make a suggestion? At any rate, I figure it's worth a try. The sample has a minty, blue-green ... a fuchsia that's quite vibrant ... those colors blend into purplish and bluish as well. Soft colors ... not too strong. Somewhere along the intensity of River but with the colors of Uptown. My daughter thinks it might be Desert Flower, but to me that seems too much pink and not enough minty, blue-green. Any thoughts or suggestions?
I know I'll have to try whatever you suspect it might be and I'll be pleased with whatever I end up with. Then I'll have to narrow things down and get another couple of skeins from some other color as well.
You're my new, favorite yarn-supplier!
